摘要：颈动脉内膜切除术是治疗颈动脉狭窄安全、有效的外科治疗方法，正确合理的选择手术适应症、娴熟的手术技术及技巧的应用是保证手术成功、提高疗效的关键。术中应充分暴露及完整切除硬化斑块，5-0 PROLENE缝线间断严密缝合动脉壁切口，确保缝合口无活动性出血。
Introduction: Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) is a safe and effective surgical approach to treat carotid stenosis. Correct and reasonable choices of surgical indications and surgeon's surgical technique are the key to ensure the success of CEA and to improve efficacy of the therapy. During the surgery, the plaque should be exposed fully and remove completely in the process of operation. Then tight suture of the arterial wall incision with 5-0 PROLENE ensures no bleeding.
