视频1：切开硬脊膜囊和囊壁，可见白色柔软内容物溢出，吸引器小心吸除并控制其播散，以免造成无菌性脑膜炎。刮匙刮除其下方“豆腐渣”样物质。
Video 1: Cutting open the epidural and the membrane of epidermoid cyst, white soft content overflow could be seen and was then absorbed with aspirator carefully to prevent aseptic meningitis. Then “bean curd” material below was struck off.
视频2，3：寻找囊壁与脊髓粘连疏松部位，沿囊壁与正常脊髓间隙仔细剥离，以缝线反向轻轻牵拉已剥离的囊壁，有助于剥离囊壁，全切除肿瘤。
Video 2, 3: Look for the area where the capsule was loosely adhered to the spinal cord. Stripp carefully along the gap between the capsule and the spinal cord. Gently pull the suture to the opposite direction to help stripping of the capsule, so that the tumor could be removed totally.
视频4：缝合脊髓组织，使脊髓末端重新塑形。
Video 4: Suture the spinal cord tissue to remodel the end of the spinal cord.
