摘要：男性患者，42岁。临床诊断为脊髓髓内室管膜瘤。首先，探查肿瘤周围组织结构，沿脊髓一侧剪刀片划开软脊膜，释放脑脊液，缓解脊髓压力；然后仔细分离肿瘤与脊髓组织的粘连，渐次进行，直至肿瘤完全显露后切除。
Introduction: A 42-year-old male patient was diagnosed C4-T2 intramedullary spinal cord ependymomas. Firstly, probe the structure of tissue around the tumor. Then, cut spinal pia mater with scissors along one side of spinal cord to release cerebrospinal fluid and reduce the pressure on the spinal cord. Carefully separate adhesion between tumor and spinal cord tissue gradually, until the tumor was completely exposed.
