摘要：女性患者，30岁。术前诊断考虑脊髓背侧血管母细胞瘤。术中可见肿瘤血运极为丰富，不能分块切除，切除椎板后完全显露肿瘤，沿肿瘤边界完整分离，全切除肿瘤。
Introduction: A 33-year-old female patient was diagnosed as hemangiolastoma located in the dorsal of spinal cord. It was seen during surgery that the tumor had very rich blood supply and en bloc resection could not be performed. However, the tumor was totally exposed after lamina was dissected, and was completely separated with the boundary. Finally en bloc resection was achieved.
