摘要：男性患者，56岁。临床诊断为腰椎椎管内神经鞘瘤。经左侧半椎板入路，纵行切开硬脊膜和蛛网膜，术中于神经电生理监测下仔细分离侧方与肿瘤粘连的“过路”神经根，电凝切断穿行于肿瘤表面的载瘤神经根，全切除肿瘤后严密缝合硬脊膜。
Introduction: A 56-year-old male patient was diagnosed as lumbar intraspinal schwannoma preoperatively. Left hemilaminectomy was performed, with longitudinal incision of spinal dura mater and arachnoid. Under intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, surgeons carefully separated “crossing” nerve root adhering to one side of the tumor and finally cut off “parent” nerve roots which walked through the tumor by electrocogulation. After complete resection of the tumor, spinal dura mater was tightly sutured.
