The establishment and initial application of emotional disorder database in brain tumor patients

Abstract


 

Objective To establish database for brain tumor patients with mood disorders and to explore the status and epidemiological characteristics of emotional function. Methods By using computer software, establish database of brain tumor with affective disorder based on clinical requirements. Record the data of 140 cases of brain tumors undergoing operation treatment, so as to found perfect public data platform and realize resource sharing. Results The clinical data of 140 brain tumor patients were successfully filled in the registration query system. The database provides simple and complex mood data queries for users to browse. Conclusions The mood disorder database for patients with brain tumors can provide related data samples and resources for basic and clinical research. Besides, it can effectively share clinical research data and reduce research costs.
